Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on LexVault are digital downloads (eBooks in PDF format). Because of the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We want every customer to be able to use what they paid for. We will issue a full refund or replacement file if:

  • You did not receive a working download link within 24 hours of your order, or
  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was advertised on the product page.

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

We're unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after a successful download
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake (please double-check the product title and description before buying, or contact us first if you're unsure)
  • Dissatisfaction with the content itself, once the file has been downloaded — we offer free sample chapters on select titles so you can preview the content first

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will resolve eligible requests with either a corrected file or a full refund to your original payment method.

Discount Codes

Discount codes applied at checkout are not valid for use after an order has been placed and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
